Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin “KOD Adı 2023” Projesi Eğitimine Yönelik Görüşleri

Abstract

KOD Adı 2023 Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı tarafından Türkiye’nin dört bir yanında geleceğin Bilişim Uzmanlarını yetiştirmek için başlatılan bir projedir. İlk olarak 2017 yılı Nisan ayında başlayan proje ile uzmanlar tarafından gençlik liderleri ve eğitmen adaylarına ve sonrasında yaklaşık 20000 gence algortima, web ve mobil uygulama, elektronik ve robotik konularında eğitimler verilmiştir. Ayrıca milli yazılımlar, erken yaşta kodlama eğitimi, dijital bilgi güvenliği, siber saldırılar, etkili sosyal medya yönetimi ve dijital pazarlama üzerine seminer programları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Kod Adı 2023 projesi kapsamında eğitim alan ortaokul öğrencilerinin proje eğitimine yönelik görüşlerine yer vermektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu eğitime katılan 8 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş; bilişsel, duyuşsal ve kinestetik öğrenme temalarına ilişkin düşünme, araştırma, hayal gücü, eğlence, beklenti, ilgi ve aktif olma kodları elde edilmiştir. Buna gore gerçekleştirilen eğitimin öğrencilerin araştırma, geliştirme ve yaratıcılık becerilerini geliştirdiği; sahip oldukları gizil potansiyelin farkında olmalarını sağlayarak gelecekteki meslek seçimleri üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermiştir.
