Intelligent Decision Support Systems: A Systematic Literature Mapping Study

Abstract

Because of the complexity of real life and the limited capacity of perception of people, there are various situations in which we can-not fully understand it, which can only be expressed verbally, and this creates uncertainty. In such cases, it is difficult to make an ap-propriate decision and requires a good selection. Decision support systems provide experimental support to strengthen key decisions and help them make decisions rather than replace decision-makers. Therefore, it is vital in many daily applications. The research area of the decision support system consists of a combination of different characteristics of many disciplines. Expert knowledge in expert decision-making systems, fuzzy logic, and artificial neural networks such as artificial neural networks, expert knowledge, missing and uncertain information and situations can be modeled. Decision support systems using these techniques are called Intelligent Decision Support Systems. The number of academic and technical researches on intelligent decision support systems has increased and this has led to the need to systematically categorize and present existing studies and practices. This systematic mapping study has been con-ducted to provide an overview of the current studies on intelligent decision-making systems. In this study, various search engines were used to search the academic literature. This systematic map and results; articles published in conferences, articles published in jour-nals, symposium articles, theses and others are based on 97 primary sources.

Zeki Karar Destek Sistemleri: Bir Sistematik Literatür Haritalaması

Abstract

Gerçek hayatın karmaşıklığından ve insanların algılama kapasitesinin sınırlı olmasından dolayı, kesin olarak kavrayamadığımız çeşitli durumlar vardır ki bunlar ancak sözel olarak ifade edilebilir ve bu durum belirsizlik oluşturur. Böyle durumlarda uygun bir şekilde karar verilmesi oldukça zordur ve iyi bir seçme yeteneği gerektirir. Karar destek sistemleri, önemli kararları güçlendirmek için deneysel destek sağlamakta ve karar vericinin yerine geçmekten ziyade, onun karar vermesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu nedenle birçok günlük uygulamada hayati önem taşımaktadır. Karar destek sistemi araştırma alanı, birçok bilim dalının farklı özelliklerinin birleşiminden oluşmaktadır. Karar destek sistemlerinde uzman sistemler, bulanık mantık, yapay sinir ağları gibi yapay zeka teknikleri kullanılarak uzman bilgisi, eksik ve belirsiz bilgi ve durumlar modellenebilir. Bu teknikleri kullanan karar destek sistemleri Zeki Karar Destek Sistemleri olarak adlandırılır. Zeki karar destek sistemleri hakkında yapılan akademik ve teknik araştırma sayısı artmaktadır ve bu durum, mevcut çalışmaları ve uygulamaları sistematik olarak kategorize etme ve genel bir bakış açısı sunma ihtiyacını beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu sistematik haritalama çalışması, zeki karar destek sistemlerine ilişkin mevcut çalışmalara genel bir bakış sunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada akademik literatürü taramak amacıyla çeşitli arama motorları kullanılmıştır. Bu sistematik harita ve sonuçları; konferanslarda yayınlanmış makaleler, dergilerde yayınlanmış makaleler, sempozyum makaleleri, tezler ve diğerlerinden oluşan 97 birincil kaynağa dayanmaktadır.
