Öz
Bu çalışma, Türkçenin yüklem konumunda bulunan eylemlerinin yapısal ve anlambilimsel özelliklerini temel alarak Türkçede kök eylemlerin değerlik sözlüğünün oluşum süreçlerini betimlemektedir. Eylemler son yıllarda sözdizim, anlambilim, bilgisayarlı dilbilim gibi dilbilimin altalanlarında ve doğal dil işleme alanında çalışan araştırmacıların sıklıkla ilgisini çekmektedir. Bu çalışma da eylemi merkeze alarak değerlik kuramı doğrultusunda Türkçe Ulusal Derlemi (TUD) veritabanlarından elde edilen kök eylemler incelenmektedir. Bu bağlamda, Türkçenin değerlik sözlüğünü oluşturma sürecinde izlenen yöntem ve Türkçeye özgü durumlar tartışılmaktadır. Çalışmanın derlem-temelli ve büyük veri seti ile yapılacak kapsamlı ilk çalışma olması açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Ulusal alanyazında sıklıkla sözü edilen derlem verisi temelinde bulguların incelenmesi gerekliliği için bir kaynak olmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında Türk dilbilimi alanyazını ve evrensel alanyazında değerlik ve üye yapısı kuramlarına ilişkin yaklaşımlar ve kaynaklar sunulmaktadır. Sonraki aşamada ise sözlüğün oluşum sürecinde izlenen yöntem basamakları aktarılmaktadır. Son olarak sözlük içinde yer alan maddebaşlarıyla ilgili alanyazında yer alan diğer sözlüklerdeki maddebaşlarının sunumundan yola çıkarak Türkçenin Değerlik Sözlüğünde derlem verisi aracılığıyla elde edilen gözlemler betimlenmektedir.

Öz
This study describes the construction process of the valency dictionary of root verbs in Turkish based on their structural and semantic features. In recent years, verbs have often attracted the attention of researchers working in the subfields of linguistics such as syntax, semantics, computational linguistics, and natural language processing. In this study, root verbs obtained from the Turkish National Corpus (TUD) databases are examined in line with the valency theory. In this context, the methodology followed in the process of the construction of the valency dictionary of Turkish and the Turkish-specific issues are discussed. The study is considered to be important in terms of being the first comprehensive study to be conducted with a corpus-based and large data set. It aims to be a source for the necessity of examining the findings based on corpus data, which is frequently mentioned in the literature. In the first stage of the study, approaches, and resources related to valency and argument structure theories in the literature are presented. Then, the methodological steps followed in the construction process of the dictionary are conveyed. Finally, observations obtained through corpus data both during and after the construction of the Valency Dictionary of Turkish are presented taking into account the presentation of lexical entries in other dictionaries found in the Turkish linguistics literature.
