Evaluation Process
Articles submitted to Belgi are examined by the editorial board in terms of compliance with the journal principles. Editors may not accept articles that do not comply with the journal writing rules and have insufficient academic quality
Eligible articles are directed to field editors. Field editors send the article to two reviewers who are experts in the field. If one of the reviewers’ reports is positive and the other is negative, a third reviewer is determined. Journal Belgi applies double blind reviewing. Just as reviewers do not recognize the authors, the authors do not recognize the reviewers. The reviewers working in each issue are listed on the journal generic pages, with their surnames in alphabetical order.
Authors take into account the suggestions of the reviewers; but they have the right to object to matters in which they disagree. The articles decided to be published are sent to the authors in pdf format after the page editing is done. The author makes the final reading and sends the necessary corrections back to the journal by showing them on the article.
The responsibility of the opinions in the articles belongs to the authors. The copyright of the articles is considered to have been transferred to the PAU Research and Application Center of Atatürk's Principles and History of Revolution. This period also includes publication on the internet. Unpublished articles are not returned.
