İMMATÜR TERATOM VE KARACİĞER METASTAZI: OLGU SUNUMU
Abstract
İmmatür over teratomu nadir görülüp erken yaşlarda ortaya çıkan ve erken metastaz yapan germ hücreli tümördür. Saf olarak yada miks olarak germ hücrelerle birlikte bulunabilirler. İmmatüriteyi belirleyen nöral doku komponenti olup bu tümörlerin malign yayılımı direkt komşu organlara intraperitoneal yayılım yoluyla olmaktadır. Burada, sol overde saf immatür teratom ve karaciğer metatazı olan kemoterapi ve cerrahi ile tedavi edilen bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Immature ovarian teratoma is a rare germ cell tumors occuring in early ages with early metastasis. It is found either in pure form or a component of mixed germ cell tumor. Immaturity is determined by neural tissue and spread of this tumors directly to the adjacent tissue by peritoneal spread. We present a case with left ovarian immature teratoma and hepatic metastasis and treated with combination of chemotherapy and surgery.
